Death meditation is powerful and it heals the soul. The summary is as follows. Everyone dies at some point. Timing or nature of our own or anyone else’s death is uncertain. None of our friends or family or loved ones or material possessions will go with us for the final death journey. The only thing that gives us peace at the time of death is knowing the that we lived a life consistent with our core values. Therefore, it is better to live each day in a manner that is consistent with our core values. Makes sense to me!
